For original pancake recipe: Combine 2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust according for griddle variations. For higher protein alternate pancake recipes: Combine 1 scoop water and 1 and 1/2 scoops egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. For original waffle recipe: Combine 1 and 1/2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix using wire whisk. Cook in waffle mater 3-4 minutes. For higher protein alternate waffle recipe: Combine 1/2 scoops water and 1 and 1/2 scoops egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops powder. Higher protein recipes adds 40 calories and 10 extra grams of protein. Mix using wire whisk. Cook in waffle maker 3-4 minutes.
